Estonia to Secure Multiple Rocket Launcher in Deal with S. Korea
The memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed by South Korean Defense Minister Ahn Gyu-back and Estonian Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur, confirming Seoul’s commitment to assist Estonia in acquiring the advanced rocket artillery platform, according to media, citing the South Korean Defense Ministry.
Specifics on the quantity, scale, and delivery schedule of the deal were not immediately released.
The ministers convened in Seoul during the Seoul International Aerospace & Defense Exhibition, set to conclude Friday, to explore expanded collaboration in defense and the arms industry.
In addition, they agreed to boost cooperation and exchanges in various fields, including high-level official visits, joint military exercises, and cybersecurity initiatives.
